ENGAA Executive Council
The Executive Council of The ENGAA is comprised of all Elected Officers of the Association (President, First VP, Second VP, Secretary, Treasurer, Immediate Past President), and one voting member from the HQ or a unit of each of the designated Army Commands, Air North, Air South, a Retiree, and the Future Leaders Council Army and Air Co-Chairs. Nomination of ENGAA Officers takes place from the floor at the General Conference on even numbered years. Each voting member casts a paper ballot which is tabulated by a panel of tellers, unless a candidate is running unopposed in which case they may be voted in via acclamation.

MACOM and Wing Representatives Information
MACOM and Wing Representatives are voting members of the ENGAA Executive Council. They are the voice for their respective organizations which help to identify matters in which policy or legislation may benefit Alabama National Guardsmen. In addition, they work to recruit and retain members of ENGAA and aid as committee members for various committees within the Association.
