April 2020 is getting busier and busier everyday! I just put information on engaa.org about the upcoming state conference and now here is another event immediately prior to that, so get your calendars out for the 2020 EANGUS Area III Caucus scheduled for 16-19 April 2020 at the DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Another beach venue for us, and I cannot wait to go to this one, too!
Registration is scheduled for Thurs., 16 April 2020, 1600-1800 hours; Fri., 17 April 2020, 1300-1700 hours; and again on Sat., 18 April 2020, 0730-0900 hours. There will be a golf outing on Friday morning with a tee time of 0818 at The Hackler Course at Coastal Carolina University (address is on the registration form). Price with a military I.D. is $38.25/person, and without an I.D. is $45.00/person. Check “yes” or “no” on the registration form. If you and your spouse/guest are both going to play, please indicate number of players to help the folks in South Carolina plan the event.
Friday night will include an NGASC-hosted “chicken bog”, and Saturday’s evening meal will be hamburgers.
The “firm deadline” for registrations is 15 March 2020 so don’t wait. The information on payment options, etc. is on the registration form, so use the link below to get you to the form and send it in ASAP so you don’t forget.
